  • Central Location for Commuting to both Dallas and Fort Worth: Greenway Trails is centrally located betweenemployment business districts of both Fort Worth and Dallas, and near all points in between (i.e. Arlingtonand DFW International Airport).
  • Timed to Capture Anticipated Growth: As areas considered to be “A” markets become more constrained,Greenway Trails is expected to be timed appropriately for near-term, single-family and mixed-usedevelopment along SH 360.1
